One of these will be part of the activator and the other will hold the D-ring on.

 

This is also a part of the activator, the screw above will go through this.

 

This is the package of blade length adjusters.

 

And here is the BLA outside of the packaging. See the contact cement on my fingers?

 

I got four of these and they will be decoration around the bottom of the saber.

I got some of this stuff, should look neat somewhere.

 

Here is my activator, it is freshly glued together.

This is part of the base of the saber.

 

Here it is fitted into the cap that came with the pipe. The hole plug will go in the bottom of the cap (which I guess was the top) and then the whole thing will sit at the bottom of the pipe.
