Home Early

I got to work around 8 and went in search of Zhaun. I found Julie and Bret and asked them what I was supposed to be doing today. They didn't know so me and Julie went and asked Zhaun. Julie was saying I could just go home to save hours but Zhaun told me to go see if dairy needed me. They asked if I was tired and I said I had been sick the last few days. So I went and broke down a pallet of freight from yesterday, offloaded grocery, put out a few cases of sour cream and butter, helped Bonnie do her reclamation, re-checked my order, submitted some discontinued items to be un-discontinued, and then went home. I managed about 3 hours. It is good to be home. I'm on the runny nose portion of being sick now. And I'm coughing a lot.

Victor has continued in his plans to go out shopping for me for Christmas. He's going to bring home taco bell. But for now I'm going to have chicken ramen, read my book a little, clean the house a bit, and probably I'll settle down and play some Naughty Bear. The other night I did an Invisibility challenge and spent 2 hours on it. I got a super special blue fire trophy. And I placed 1,700-something on the leaderboards, which I believe I usually average in the teens or twenties on there. And if I wasn't so tired and it wasn't nearly 9:00 I probably could have done better. I plan to go back and redo it. By the end I was so tired I was hiding in the trees and just shooting the bears to death. Not creative at all but it got the job done. If I was more alert I would have snuck into the house and sabotaged things for them to fix. Oh, well.

Boney was really happy that I came home early, he ran up to the door full speed and when I picked him up he camped out on my shoulder for a while.
