Smash

Today's game was Ugga Smash. Kinda like bumper cars with power ups and a dinosaur that comes out and eats a car every so often. There's 5 levels and they wanted 500 points. My high score was 400-something. (450? I don't remember) I got 480 this morning before work but I had to get going so I couldn't keep at it. After I got home I got 555 on my first try.

I kinda fear what tomorrow's game might be. I really don't want to have beaten the AAA score 30 times and then fail on the last day. That would lose me the gold trophy and bump me down to silver. I'm going in two hours early tomorrow so I'll have more time when I get home to work at whatever it is. I'll check in the morning before work but I won't have time to play it. At least this way I can angst about it all day until I get home.

I have chicken and dumplings in the oven right now. I used a mixture of white and whole wheat for the dumplings. Can't wait to see how they turn out!

btw, I really like Sims Medieval! It takes some getting used to as any of the console Sims do, but once you get the hang of it it's really nice. It's got kinda the same sorta gameplay that Sims 2 for the Gamecube did where you have "missions", the missions are way easier though and you get guides as to where to go and what to do every step of the way (either that or that's just how it is on the beginning stage, which is where I'm at, maybe in later stages it doesn't guide you as much, dunno). So far I've got a monarch, a knight, a bard, a physician, and a wizard. Have yet to play as a wizard though. The men's hairstyles are so much better. There's lots of decent hairstyles. In Sims 3 they're all emo cuts, which some of them aren't too bad, but nothing for good old-fashioned long haired hotness. I hope someone finds a way to take them out of Medieval and put them into Sims 3. I'm scared of messing something up so I won't try it, but there's a lot of smart people who do neat things for Sims 3 so I'm sure someone will find a way. Can't be too hard since they're the same style/coding/whatever.

I packed up my posters and some more fabric I found. This time the fabric was on bolts and there were only a few of them (three?). Some of my posters are too long to fit in the boxes but that's ok cause I have poster mailers I stuffed the longer ones in.

I have cute cat pictures but they'll have to wait cause I'm too lazy to plug in the camera right now.
