Read more Two Towers. Sam is so gay, he even thinks how much he loves Frodo as he stares lovingly into his beautiful face. I mean, I knew it was joked about but reading it...! Maybe I'm just easily amused sometimes. Anyway, Gollum is still and deffinately my favorite character. But even he talks to no end and in circular fashion with meaningless details that have no bearing on the end point. Oh, and I ran into Faramir! eeee! Second only to Aragorn. I actually started crying in the theater during ROTK. But even he's boring me with his endless speech. At least Aragorn shuts up. I think Faramir was talking for three or four pages straight. Or it felt that way at least.
I know if I say what today's plan is it probably won't happen. But here goes: I want to pack some more. And we were thinking of going to Wal-Mart for ingredients for an asian meal for tonight. Yesterday I had Wanda in meat dept. cut me up some stir fry meat and I got bamboo shoots, but we don't carry baby corn and we were out of water chestnuts at work. Plus I kinda want to try a different vegetable, I'm getting a little sick of water chestnuts, despite how much I loved them at first. One thing I'm not getting sick of is the meat! I love whatever it is Victor does that cooks the stir fry meat just so and then he puts sesame seeds on them. Nummy! I actually almost took the smallest package of meat Wanda made (she made three to give me choices) but I wound up taking the medium sized one. Just because I remembered just how much I like it.
Anyway, I have an unopened cold throwback pepsi in front of me and I'll open that as soon as I post this. I'm deciding what to do next. I've sorta hit a wall in Sims Medieval. I can't decide which quest to do next. I really want to do the one where the Jacoban priest "tracks down the heathens, anyone who doesn't confess must be forced to, anyone who confesses must be purged" or some such and the secondary hero is either the knight or the spy and the knight's the kinda person who wouldn't really want to go along with that, since I tried to base him on Victor. The spy, however, I intend to base on Mara Jade, who would have no problem with this scheme. But I need 40 more resource points in order to make a spy. I'd be there but oh no, I had to make a kingball court and a watcher pavilion! I could do two more quests and get the points I need, but I'm afraid if I do the hunt down the heathen quest will be gone. *sigh*
I'm avoiding Fallout for a few weeks because last time I played I got so motion sick that I was reduced to a huddling pile of swaying sickness. ...all in under a half hour. Which, sadly, is not a record for me as Portal has made me this sick in under 10 minutes. *sigh* Oh, Portal. I do want to play it and beat all the bonus stages or challenges or whatever, and I want to play part 2, but I'm not sure how it's going to be possible. It is a really awesome game, though. I wonder if I should take motion sickness medicine for this? hmm... I'd have to see how cheap or expensive it is first.
I don't feel like digging around behind my computer to unplug the camera and plug in my controller to play Burnout.
I'm saving Plants vs Zombies and Civilization and such for after we move. Besides, I hear Civ5 has unlimited play-time. This alone makes me want to abandon Civ4. I hate how you don't have time to do anything. Even if you play on the longest time setting you can only wipe out maybe two countries before the end of time. Or build four or five parts for the space ship. Usually I wind up with a Time Victory. It is a very addictive game, though. And apparently Civ5 has no time limit. If I have two more turns until my spaceship is complete the game won't end until the ship is done. I hear some people can win the game in something like 30 turns but I don't see how that's possible since it takes that long just to build your first warrior.
I could just go with Battlefield. I might, you know.
I just want to do something until my hair dries so I don't have to deal with it while I'm out puttering around the livingroom or whatever. I also wanted to research building bookshelves into walls. Cause I'm planning on that for our new house. Maybe I'll do that for a bit.
