Yesterday I wound up playing Battlefield and it helped a lot. Then around 6:00 I made dinner. Taco casserole. I thought I was out of beans but this morning I found some. lol Then me and Victor sat on the couch and watched tv until bedtime. It was really nice.
Today I got a lot done. I packed 3 buckets with sugar. This time I put a date on them so I know when I packed them so I can keep rotation good since I have about three or four other sugar buckets.
I packed my Star Wars comics, Encyclopedia, and various kids and small books such as the "I am a Jedi by Anakin Skywalker" and "The Galactic Phrase Book and Travel Guide" and stuff. I started to overload the box, though, so I had to stop because it was weighing too much. This is why the smaller egg boxes are perfect for books; the large ones would be too heavy. So I taped that up and cleared some room behind the couch for it.
I have another box in here now but I haven't started it yet. I stopped to eat an apple. So while doing that I pulled up the floor plan of our new house and I drew it out on paper and we'll pick colors and such later. So far all I know is that we're going with linoleum for the floors and paint for the walls. And I'll want some rugs, so I wrote down where. Like I want one in front of the sink, one under the coffee table that'll be under our feet when we're at the couch, and one around the bed so that when we first get up in the morning we don't land our feet on cold floor. I think under my sewing area would be bad cause I'd have to always be stopping to shake them out and such. Same with under our computers. Though our first winter might change my mind about this. lol I figure things like curtains and rugs can come last because they aren't necessary, and that way we can make sure they match the rest of the house.
Bonecrusher just jumped up here and flopped down half on the desk and half on me (I'm sitting really close because the heater's on and I have my feet near the vent) and it was so cute! He sat here for a few minutes and then left.
Victor's looking at getting a charge controller soon. We'll probably order that this week.
I have another bucket ready that's all washed up (I have three more waiting to be washed) so sometime I'll see what kind of clothes I want to pack in it. Things like sweaters, I think. Then I'll run them all through the laundry and then put them in the bucket with a dryer sheet stuffed in with them.
We'll, I have about 20-30 minutes before it's time to start getting ready for work so I think I'll pack that other box I brought in here. I'll pack up my essential guides, I think. Not sure what else, but we'll see!

hey. i was reading an old livejournal post you wrote, and thought you should look up copper along with vitamin b12.
ReplyDeletesome foods will have trace amounts of copper, but so do flintstones vitamins, my preferred source.
Thanks, I'll try that!
