This was taken from the top of the hill looking down. The 12x16 will be in front of where the lawn swing is. Eventually a 20x20 will be in front of that.

I moved the lawn swing back. This is what I see from the middle seat.
You can't really see it much but I have a yellow twine roped around tent stakes to mark out the house spot. I got it squared to within an inch diagonally. I let each side run a little long due to uneven ground.
